T U I T I O N  P O L I C Y for 2020-2021 Academic Year


Prospective Students - Application Fee is $125.00. Checks or money orders are acceptable and must be submitted with Student Application Forms. Application fee is non-refundable. 


Returning FCA Students - Parents must log in to their FACTS Parent Portal/Renweb Account to access the Online Application for re-enrollment of students. Re-enrollment fee is $100.00 for Early Bird Registration and $125.00 after deadline for early bird registration. Re-enrollment Fee is automatically charged to FACTS Tuition and Fees Account when online application for re-enrollment is submitted through the FACTS Parent Portal/Renweb. Re-enrollment Fee is non-refundable.

Pre-Kindergarten (Full Day): $680

Kindergarten through Grade 5 (Elementary School): $660

Grade 6 through Grade 8 (Middle School): $700

Grade 9 through 12 (High School): $755

Tuition Payment Policy

FCA has partnered with FACTS Management Company, an independent tuition collection agency. All FCA tuition and fees must be paid through FACTS once a prospective student is accepted. We will provide you with instructions on creating your FACTS tuition and fees account.

A payment plan is offered with ten monthly installments beginning September 1st through June 1st. A late fee of $50 will be applied by FACTS to any account which is not paid by the first of the month and an additional $50 will be assessed for each additional month that the original tuition amount is not paid in full. FACTS will charge a $30 fee for any bank returned checks. Failure to pay the first semester's tuition will preclude the student's enrollment in the second semester. Per FCA policy, any account that is more than sixty days in arrears could result in the student being dismissed from the school. Student Report Cards will be withheld for delinquent accounts until the outstanding amount due is paid in full.

Kindergarten- 5th Grade Books Fee: $275


Grade 6-12th Books Fee: $325


Insurance Fee: $20


Book fees and insurance fees due by July 1st

Financial Aid Information

Incentives for Families Enrolled at Faith Christian Academy: 

  • Fifteen percent reduction in tuition for the second child enrolled at Faith Christian Academy.

  • Thirty percent reduction in tuition for the third child enrolled at Faith Christian Academy.

  • Fifty percent reduction in tuition for the fourth and more children enrolled at Faith Christian Academy.

Incentives for members of Faith Assembly of God church:

  • FCA offers tuition discounts for faithful and tithing members of Faith Assembly of God. Please contact the FCA Financial Office for more information.

Need-Based Financial Aid

Faith Christian Academy has partnered with FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment to conduct the financial need analysis for families in need of financial assistance to enroll their child(ren) at FCA.  Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment.

Once the application has been completed, the following information will need to be sent to FACTS to complete the application process:

  • Copies of your most recent Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules

  • Copies of your 2018 W-2 forms for both you and your spouse

  • Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers' Compensation, and TANF

All supporting documentation can be uploaded in PDF format online.
