I hope this letter finds you well. I am honored and privileged to communicate with you today as the newly appointed Principal of Faith Christian Academy for the 2023-2024 school year.

Having been an integral part of the Faith Christian Academy community for the past decade, during which I served as both a dedicated teacher and member of the athletic department, I have developed a deep appreciation for our institution’s values and mission. It is with humility and joy that I embrace this opportunity to lead our school into the future.

Faith Christian Academy will remain committed to academic excellence, character development, and spiritual growth. As Principal, my vision is to build upon the strong foundation laid by Sara Jacob, further enhancing the academic rigor and nurturing the holistic development of our students.

Throughout my tenure as an educator, I have witnessed the incredible potential that lies within each student at Faith Christian Academy. I am dedicated to fostering an environment where students are inspired to reach their full potential, supported by a team of highly qualified and passionate educators.

In collaboration with our exceptional faculty and staff, I will diligently work to ensure that our curriculum remains dynamic and relevant, equipping students with the knowledge and skills required to excel in an ever-changing world. Emphasizing both critical thinking and creativity, we will prepare our students to become responsible global citizens and future leaders.

Moreover, I am committed to promoting a school culture that values diversity, kindness, and respect. Faith Christian Academy will continue to be a safe and nurturing space where students can explore their interests and passions, be it through academics, athletics, or extracurricular activities.

As we embark on this journey together, I encourage open and transparent communication between the school and our parents. I value your insights, concerns, and suggestions, as we strive to provide the best educational experience for our students.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to me via email at aleman@faithchristianacademy.org or by scheduling an appointment through the school office. Thank you for your ongoing support and trust in our school. I am genuinely excited about the forthcoming academic year and look forward to meeting each one of you personally.

God Bless,

Andrew Leman Principal (High School)

Dear Parents and Guardians,

It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that I write this letter of introduction to you as the new principal of PreK-8th Grade at Faith Christian Academy. I am truly honored to be entrusted with your children and take that responsibility very seriously.

On a personal note, I am the mother of three daughters, two of which have attended Faith Christian Academy. Being a parent is by far the most challenging yet rewarding title I hold. I fully understand the challenges you face every day as you work to ensure that your child has the best Christ-centered educational experience. My decisions will always be driven by what is best for your child.

Professionally, I have over 20 years of experience in the field of education. I am very passionate about how students learn best and am a hands-on leader who will be fully-integrated into the classrooms and the happenings of the school and the community.

My passion has always been Christian education. I believe that in the 21st century Christian Education has the potential to train, develop, and unleash leaders for the Kingdom of God. Our vision is that students would live interactively with Jesus throughout their time at FCA and there would be a tangible difference in the student’s academic, social, emotional, and spiritual growth. We want our students to LOVE God and others, to LEARN God’s Word and about His world, and finally to LEAD- to serve and transform the world around them.

One of the most important aspects of my role here at FCA will be building strong relationships with our students, staff, and our families. Please do not hesitate to contact me regarding any concerns that you have at kmalone@faithchristianacademy.org. I am looking forward to a great school year. By the power of God’s Spirit, may His Kingdom come and His good and perfect will be done.

In His Service,

Kim Malone Principal (Elementary and Middle School)
